This range of tube tests offers a safe, user friendly way of achieving analytical accuracy and precision in the field that can be supported by a quality control system.

Safety is paramount and the tube tests ensure that the reactions take place in the tube and this protects the analyst from exposure to any of the components as far as possible.

Ease of use is a key factor in the design of the tests. Safety and analytical accuracy are both supported by the test methods being as quick and easy to use as possible. The colour coding of the packaging and the bar code on each test tube make handling of the tests straightforward, even in the real world. The photometers give accurate readings with the minimum of button pressing.

The tests methods are based on standard chemistries and the results are therefore directly comparable with reference methods. Tests are available to measure typical levels in water and waste water treatment plants. Methods requiring digestion, for example total nitrogen, total phosphorous, and metals use the nanocolor® Vario 4 and vario C2 compact heating blocks.
