Ltd. are are now able to offer an expanded range of closed pipe flowmeters,
capable of measuring flow in full metal and plastic pipes. The FlowSys_Mag
range are the most accurate but do require installation of a spool
piece into the the pipe work. Time of flight ultrasonic meters are
available with clamp on sensors for non-invasive retro-fit, insertion
sensors and full-face flanged sensors. They may be used on a wide
range of solids content and operate on non-conductive liquids where
the 'Mag' sensors are not ideal. The Doppler meters come with a similar
clamp-on and insertion sensors, capable of working on sewage and activated
sludge. |
FlowSys_Mag
The 'Mag' flow
meters come in a large range of diameters and are available
with three different liner materials. The display and transmitter
may be pipe or wall mounted. Multiple units may be networked together,
and all controllers also store data for later download. A real time
graphical display is available as standard. Integrated Profibus
is also available. |

FlowSys_TF
The time of
flight meters are available in hand held, portable of fixed site
formats. All units have optional SD card logging facility. The portable
and fixed-site units have analogue, digital and RS232 output capability.
A range of clamp on sensors are available to accommodate different
pipe sizes. Velocity, flow rate and totalised flow are displayed
and logged. The portable units are supplied in robust cases, the
fixed site unit may be supplied with optional ATEX certification. |
FlowSys_DF
Full-pipe Doppler
meters are available in portable or fixed site format, with an option
for ATEX approved units for fixed site. Clamp-on or insertion sensors
are available. Additionally, units for use for open-channel or part-filled
pipe applications are available. |
