Envitech are now launching the latest handheld high specification portable photometer from Macherey-Nagel.
The PF12 replaces the older PF11 and gives the user extra facilities.
It is rugged, reliable and may be used in field or lab.
More than 100 preprogrammed test methods are available, including Ammonia, COD, Nitrate, Phosphate and many more used in wastewater and industrial effluent analysis.
Results are displayed on an easily readable backlit graphic display, and stored in the instruments memory for subsequent download to computer via a USB cable.
For your convenience, everything needed for on site analysis may be stored and transported in one of two available carrying cases.

Reliable information is the key to successful management of wastewater treatment processes. Experience and knowledge of site operators can be supplemented by on-site measurements of the key parameters, allowing quick confirmation that the plant is working correctly. Rapid detection means rapid response and avoidance of quality excursions.
Where online or in-situ continuous process monitors are employed to monitor and control treatment processes, it is essential that operators have confidence in the results. This requires that instruments are regularly checked and in some cases calibrated against other methods.
